WISAG will retain a minority stake in the company following the acquisition.

Its operations encompass the planning of medical equipment, maintenance and repair of medical, laboratory, and hospital technologies, as well as compliance with German regulations regarding medical devices. The company will be led by Marcus Schilling, a managing director with approximately twenty years of managerial experience in medical technologies, starting February 2025.
