LG CNS, a DX (Digital Transformation) specialist, has signed an investment contract with Indonesia's Sinarmas Group to establish a joint venture focused on developing data centers and cloud services in Indonesia. The signing ceremony, which took place on the 27th, was attended by prominent figures from both companies including LG CNS CEO Hyun-sik Hyeon and several executives, as well as Sinarmas Group's Chairman Franky Oesman Widjaja and Senior Advisor Bill Cheng.
The newly formed joint venture will serve local Indonesian enterprises and public clients by providing consulting, construction, and operation services for data centers, as well as facilitating cloud transitions. LG CNS will leverage its expertise and capabilities in data center and cloud operations while Sinarmas will actively seek out and secure business opportunities within Indonesia.
