Leetchi has acquired the online fundraising software company iRaisers to strengthen its position in the charitable donation market in Europe.
Target Information
Leetchi, established in 2009 as a leading online fundraising platform, has announced its first acquisition by purchasing iRaisers, a Nantes-based software company specializing in online fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations (NGOs). Founded in 2012, iRaisers offers fundraising software to 850 associations across 19 European countries, providing them with tools necessary for efficient and effective online donations.
The newly formed group, now operating under the holding company Donora, brings together both Leetchi and iRaisers and employs a workforce of 150 people across seven countries. This acquisition is expected to enhance the group's presence in the European donation market, with iRaisers already generating 50% of its revenue from international sources.
