KKR has entered into a forward funding agreement for Progress House, a purpose-built student accommodation project consisting of 544 beds, situated near the University of Warwick. This investment represents KKR's commitment to enhancing the student housing landscape in the UK.
The development will be executed in collaboration with Inhabeo, KKR Real Estate’s European living platform, along with PBSA developer Gilltown and general contractor Winvic. Constructed on the site of a former office building, the six-storey Progress House will feature modern residential facilities designed specifically for student living, complemented by a 4,000 square foot commercial unit that will cater to both residents and the broader community.
