The acquisition was finalized in October 2025 and is planned for completion by mid-2027.
The project will be managed by Jet Industrial Lease SICAV, a.s., through its subsidiary, Logistics Park Bedzieszyn Sp. z o.o. It is notable for aspiring to achieve a high level of BREEAM certification, which reflects an international standard for assessing building sustainability. The site has already secured a valid building permit, and construction is expected to commence in the spring of 2026, in collaboration with a reputable developer recognized for its extensive experience in industrial developments within the Polish market.
