The retail parks are strategically located in premium areas, adjacent to strong grocery chains, and feature contemporary spaces that have attracted a desirable mix of tenants, including well-known names like Rossmann, Pepco, CCC, Sinsay, Martes Sport, and Kik. This diverse tenant portfolio provides customers with a wide range of products all in one location.
The acquired retail parks operate under the brand name ACentrum.
