Italgas S.p.A. has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the LPG distribution and sales operations of the Fiamma 2000 Group. This acquisition includes the related networks and plants spread across 12 municipalities in Sardinia. The deal, signed on 2 August 2022, reflects Italgas's strategy to enhance its service offerings in the region.
The targeted distribution network, currently managed by Sarda Reti Gas under the Fiamma Group, covers over 430 kilometers, serving approximately 12,000 customers. The municipalities included in this agreement are Olbia, Valledoria, Buddusò, Budoni, Sedilo, Genoni, Terralba, Simala, Arbus, Mandas, Siurgus Donigala, and Santadi.
