Investcorp, a prominent global alternative investment management firm, has successfully acquired Via Paolo di Dono 44, a prestigious office property located in Rome, for €128 million. The property is currently 100% leased to the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations focused on the eradication of poverty and hunger in rural regions of developing countries. Constructed in 2008 specifically for IFAD, the property has served as its base in Rome since the agency's establishment in 1977.
This Class A office property consists of 32,200 square meters of gross lettable area and is equipped with 174 internal and external parking spaces. Notably, it has achieved LEED Platinum Certification, the highest standard awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council, and stands out as one of the few buildings in Rome to earn such recognition.
