This portfolio consists of 23 healthcare assets valued at over €300 million, which include five acute and medium-term care facilities, along with 18 elderly care facilities. The acquisition was executed through BNP Paribas REIM's Healthcare Property Fund Europe, acquiring the portfolio from French real estate investment and development firm Icade.
In this transaction, other institutional investors participated by rolling over their existing stakes into the new partnership with BNP Paribas REIM. This strategic move underscores BNP Paribas REIM's commitment to strengthening its presence in the European healthcare real estate sector.
