This property, situated at Vinohradská 37, features a combination of office spaces and retail shops. Prior to this acquisition, the building was owned by a Romanian individual who was registered as the owner of Office Building Vinohradská.
'The excellent location, along with dedicated parking, provides us with diverse usage options,' stated Marek Klaus, co-owner of ICP. 'We plan to undertake renovations and modernization that will enhance the property's value while sensitively blending modern facilities with historical architecture.'
