HDI Seguros, one of Brazil's leading insurance companies, has successfully completed the acquisition of all shares of SOMPO CONSUMER SEGURADORA S.A. This transaction encompasses a diverse range of retail insurance products, including automobile, corporate, life, residential, housing, and condominium insurance. With this acquisition, HDI Seguros, which currently issues approximately R$ 5 billion in premiums annually, adds an additional R$ 2 billion from SOMPO's operations, now under the control of the HDI Group.
