Target Information

H 2 O Innovation Inc. ("H 2 O Innovation" or the "Corporation") completed the acquisition of NextEra Distributed Water (the "Business") as of October 1, 2024. This acquisition was structured as a carve-out transaction, resulting in the Business and its sustainable wastewater treatment and reuse projects being integrated under the H 2 O Innovation brand. The newly formed Water Infrastructure & Development business line represents a strategic expansion of H 2 O Innovation's existing operational capabilities.

For several years, H 2 O Innovation has operated alongside the Business through a commercial partnership, promoting their WaterHub® assets. WaterHubs are innovative onsite facilities designed for wastewater treatment and reuse, deployed at various locations such as hospitals and universities. These facilities are provided at no upfront cost to customers, operating under long-term contracts that deliver reliable water management solutions while enhancing financial savings and environmental stewardship.
