Komax S.A. is a prominent apparel retailer and exclusive licensor of a wide range of globally recognized brands. With a robust presence in Chile, Peru, and Uruguay, Komax operates 150 retail stores complemented by a strong omnichannel strategy that integrates physical locations with e-commerce and wholesale operations. The company holds the exclusive rights to 12 internationally acclaimed brands, including GAP, Brook Brothers, The North Face, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Old Navy, in addition to seven proprietary brands.
Under Linzor's ownership, Komax expanded significantly by completing three acquisitions and entering a new market in Uruguay, all while enhancing profitability in Peru. The company's strategic transformation also enabled it to navigate the challenges posed by the 2020 pandemic, resulting in a stronger position to capitalize on the subsequent post-pandemic recovery.
