In 2012, the Chevrillon Group acquired BBS (Bellonnie, Bourdillon et Successeurs), a leader in the production and cultivation of rum made from pure sugarcane juice. BBS employs around 100 staff, primarily in Martinique, and operates 800 hectares of land in the southern part of the island, covering the municipalities of Sainte Luce and Rivière-Pilote.
The company produces high-quality agricultural rum marketed under the brands Trois Rivières, Maison La Mauny, and Duquesne, all of which hold the AOC label
