TNS Food is renowned for its dedication to product innovation, notably featuring a proprietary 100% oven-prepared crumb technology that enhances the capabilities of the GoodLife Foods Group. The financial specifics of the acquisition, however, remain undisclosed.
TNS Food was established in 2000 by Daphne Aers and has since developed a strong reputation for producing high-quality croquettes, oven snacks, appetizers, and meal components. The company specializes in private label products and maintains a significant presence across various retail and foodservice channels in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and the UK. Currently, TNS Food employs 20 individuals and operates two production facilities located in Eeklo and Lokeren. Daphne Aers will transition into the GoodLife Foods organization to facilitate a smooth integration while continuing to drive innovation within the group.
