Established in 2012, WeFix operates a network of 59 retail locations across France and Belgium, providing efficient repair services for all major smartphone models. The average repair time is approximately 20 minutes, with a one-year warranty on all repairs, ensuring the use of original or compatible components. WeFix handles over 12,000 repairs each month and also offers a selection of refurbished smartphones and accessories through vending machines located in train stations.

By joining the Fnac Darty group, WeFix aims to accelerate the expansion of its retail network and establish dedicated corners within Fnac Darty stores, with the objective of doubling its presence within the next two years.
