Founded in 2018 by Mikkel Malesa and Rasmus Tobiasen, Dreaminfluence has established its reputation through building a platform leveraged by over 200 companies, including major brands like Estée Lauder and Mondelēz.
This acquisition marks a significant expansion for Flowbox, which is now poised to serve more than 1,000 customers across Europe and is approaching an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of €9 million. The merger will enhance Flowbox's ability to support content creation in the UGC (user-generated content) market.
