Xtracon A/S, a Danish hosting company, has been acquired by the Norwegian IT firm ECIT AS. Xtracon specializes in ERP hosting services, including Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, and MS SharePoint, while also offering service contracts, consulting hours, hardware, and software solutions. With a robust user base, Xtracon serves approximately 150 clients, which include various small and large enterprises, as well as larger organizations, totaling around 12,000 daily users. The company operates its own hosting infrastructure located in a Danish data center, which contributes to a stable annual operating income of about 4 million DKK. Currently, Xtracon employs approximately seven staff members, including owner Henrik Mølvig, who will continue in his role as a minority shareholder and director going forward.
