This project is being developed in partnership with Anavo Group ("Anavo"), which will serve as both developer and operator. Upon completion, the care home will feature 78 beds and will be operated under a long-term lease agreement that includes RPI-linked rental increases, incorporating a cap and collar system. This marks the inception of a new operator relationship for EHP, aimed at enhancing the delivery of quality care in the region.

The planned care home is strategically located in Havant, Hampshire, a desirable coastal town characterized by a significant catchment area and a notable deficit of high-quality care accommodations. Scheduled to open in late 2026, the facility has been thoughtfully designed to promote the wellbeing of residents, relatives, and staff alike.
