Elevation Advisors LLP's Elevation Healthcare Properties has acquired a 60-bed care home in Ormskirk and plans a new 61-bed facility in Huddersfield, both in partnership with leading operator Torwood.

Elevation Advisors LLP ("Elevation") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Abbey Wood Lodge, a 60-bed, modern care home located in Ormskirk, Lancashire, by Elevation Healthcare Properties ("EHP"), a real estate fund advised by Elevation. This facility features best-in-class standards, including full en-suite wetroom provisions, and boasts a strong environmental performance with an EPC A rating. The care home will now be operated by Torwood under a long-term lease agreement, which includes RPI-linked rent escalators with specified caps and collars.

In addition to the operational care home, EHP has also secured land and a forward-funding agreement for the development of a brand-new, 61-bed care home in Huddersfield, which will similarly be leased to Torwood upon completion.
