To meet its ecological goals, the joint venture plans to recycle approximately 700,000 m³ of earth derived from excavation work, utilizing 60% for immediate construction needs and reserving 40% for future use. Efforts to minimize the project’s carbon footprint include utilizing hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) as a biofuel for construction machinery and favoring photocatalytic coatings to mitigate vehicle emissions.
