Blunova has sold a 50% stake in its Wind Energy Pozzallo project, a 975MW floating offshore wind farm, to Edison, marking a significant advancement in Italy's renewable energy sector.
Target Information
The Wind Energy Pozzallo project encompasses a 975MW floating offshore wind farm under development, situated near the municipality of Pozzallo along the southern coast of Sicily. The project is being developed by Blunova, a subsidiary of the Carlo Maresca Group, which specializes in the construction and management of renewable energy facilities, including those for solar and wind energy, energy efficiency, and green hydrogen.
