On February 12, 2025, Dolomiti Energia, a prominent Italian multi-utility company, formalized a significant agreement with IVPC, a leader in the Italian renewable energy sector. This strategic partnership aims to enhance Dolomiti Energia's presence in the renewable energy landscape through the creation of a joint venture that will integrate both wind and photovoltaic technologies.
In this transaction, Dolomiti Energia will acquire a 75% interest in six special purpose vehicles currently held by an IVPC sub-holding, which collectively have an installed and pipeline capacity of 598 MW. Additionally, Dolomiti Energia will hold a 49% stake in ServiceCo, IVPC's subsidiary dedicated to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and operations and maintenance (O&M) services. The total valuation of the involved assets is estimated at approximately €180 million.
