On June 30, 2025, contracts for the acquisition of a thoroughly revitalized commercial property in the district of Sennfeld were signed in Frankfurt. The buyer, ecoPark Gesellschaft, operates as the real estate arm of the Synapsion family office. The property was previously acquired by an internationally active industrial corporation. Initial usage is expected to commence in the autumn of 2025.
With the ecoPark Hafen 3, Synapsion secures an asset that aligns perfectly with its real estate strategy: sustainable commercial locations in attractive economic environments offering long-term prospects in both substance and concept. The property spans approximately 1,780 m² and was originally built in 1971. It underwent extensive core renovation in 2019, achieving the KfW 100 standard with a strong focus on energy efficiency, modern building technology, and high-quality architecture.
