Target Information
Based in the Hauts-de-France region, GT Ventilation and GT Production (collectively known as Groupe GT) offer complementary expertise in industrial ventilation and air treatment. GT Ventilation focuses on the installation of various duct types and the connection of air treatment units (CTA), exhaust systems, smoke extraction systems, and ventilation systems (VMC). Additionally, the company undertakes insulation work. On the other hand, GT Production specializes in the manufacturing of rectangular ducts, fittings, and various accessories. With a workforce of approximately thirty employees, the Groupe achieved a combined revenue of €6.3 million as of June 30, 2025.
After founding and developing the Groupe for nearly seven years, the shareholders sought to partner with an industrial player who can ensure the sustainability of the business while maintaining the family DNA and entrepreneurial spirit.
