Catella Real Estate AG (CREAG) is set to establish a new fund investment platform in collaboration with Catella Investment Management GmbH (CIM) starting January 1, 2025. This partnership, with guidance from local operating partner Aquila Asset Management SAS, has successfully facilitated the acquisition of three fully leased logistics properties in the French cities of St. Etienne and Avignon, totaling approximately 18,750 m² of lettable area. The seller of these properties is Vectura Immobilier, a renowned French developer.
The newly acquired properties feature long-term tenants that include a reputable logistics company and a parcel service provider. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone for the 'Catella Logistik Deutschland Plus' (CLD+) special alternative investment fund.
