Care UK, a prominent player in the UK elderly care sector, has successfully acquired Aria Care and Danforth Care Homes. This strategic acquisition significantly enhances Care UK's operational footprint, enabling it to position itself among the top three care providers for older individuals in the United Kingdom. The integration encompasses over 250 care homes located across England, Scotland, and Wales, which collectively contribute more than 12,000 additional beds to Care UK's offerings.

In addition to expanding its physical presence, the acquisition will also onboard over 15,000 employees into the Care UK family.
