BMO Entreprenør AS, a subsidiary of the contractor group Endúr ASA, has entered into an agreement to acquire Tronfjell Maskin AS. The transaction is anticipated to be completed by the end of January 2026. Tronfjell Maskin is a well-established company based in Alvdal, specializing in mass handling, groundworks, and concrete work. The company boasts a modern fleet of machinery suitable for road, railway, and water and sewage projects, employing approximately 35 people. In 2025, Tronfjell Maskin is projected to generate revenue of around 125 million NOK.
This acquisition allows BMO Entreprenør to enhance its capacity and expertise in mass handling and concrete works.
