BaltCap Private Equity Fund II has agreed to acquire a 75% stake in EKT, a leading waste management company in Estonia, to support its growth and enhance environmental services in the region.

Target Overview

BaltCap, the leading private equity and venture capital investor in the Baltic region, has agreed to invest in a consortium of waste management companies, which include AS Eesti Keskkonnateenused and Epler & Lorenz AS (collectively referred to as EKT or the Group). Through this investment, BaltCap Private Equity Fund II will acquire a 75% stake in the Group, while the management team will retain a 25% ownership interest.
