Founded in 1983 by Bob Manouchehri, Lastique has established itself as a leader in the recycling of various thermoplastic resins and compounds. The company specializes in rigid PVC, polypropylene, and polyethylene, providing a wide array of products including prime, generic-prime, wide-spec, reground, pulverized, and reprocessed grades. The acquisition represents Aurora's seventh transaction since 2017 and will add nearly 500 employees across nine locations in North America to its workforce.
