Information on the target
Ardian Clean Energy Evergreen Fund (ACEEF) represents Ardian’s inaugural open-ended fund, specifically designed to facilitate the energy transition. Launched in early 2022, the fund successfully reached a significant milestone of €1.0 billion in capital by its close in July 2023. Since then, ACEEF has continued to expand its portfolio, which, as of January 2026, encompasses an impressive 1.5 gigawatts of operating capacity across five distinct platforms.
The portfolio includes a diverse range of renewable energy sources, such as an Italian portfolio featuring approximately 500 megawatts of wind, solar, hydro, and biogas. Additionally, it comprises the Nordic independent power producer Enordic Evergreen, the French renewable energy producer UNITe, onshore wind projects in Germany and Spain, and a 76-megawatt solar portfolio located in Uruguay. The latest acquisition, finalized in January 2026, involved the purchase of a 62-megawatt wind farm in Sweden from ERG.
