ALPLA Group, an internationally recognized leader in the compression and injection moulding sectors, has acquired the production facility of Energoplast, a prominent Serbian manufacturer of closures. This strategic acquisition enhances ALPLA’s ability to provide high-quality plastic packaging solutions from a single source, expanding its footprint and product offering in Southeast Europe. By integrating Energoplast’s closure production capabilities, ALPLA aims to enhance product flexibility and quality for its customers.
The Energoplast facility, located in Belgrade, spans 2,000 square meters and specializes in producing polyethylene closures for the beverage industry. With this acquisition, ALPLA not only continues its operations seamlessly, as it takes over the existing personnel and production lines, but also positions itself to better address the increasing demand in the region.
