Ahlsell AB has entered into an agreement to acquire AS FEB, a leader in the Estonian market specializing in a comprehensive range of plumbing and heating products (VVS). Founded in 1991, AS FEB currently operates with an annual revenue of over 230 million SEK and employs approximately 120 staff members. Headquartered in Tallinn, the company has established its presence across all regions of Estonia through eight locations in six cities: Tallinn, Tartu, Narva, Pärnu, Viljandi, and Rakvere.

The acquisition enables Ahlsell to penetrate the Estonian VVS market and reinforces its position as a market leader.
