Agiliti, a prominent provider of medical device solutions within the U.S. healthcare sector, has announced the acquisition of its manufacturing campus located in Hays, Kansas. This strategic purchase emphasizes the company's commitment to investing in the local community. The acquisition encompasses a 14.9-acre campus housing three buildings that facilitate core production operations related to medical device manufacturing, including the newly launched multi-acuity hospital bed, Essentia™.

In addition to the primary 14.9-acre site, Agiliti has secured an option to purchase another 11.5 acres, bolstering its position for future expansion. The Hays facility employs over 90 individuals, with an additional workforce of 60 in nearby Ellis, many of whom have established connections to the region. Agiliti plans to enhance its local workforce over the next five years by creating new roles, which aim to provide growth opportunities, training, and career advancement for the community.
