On December 22, 2025, Advance Capital Partners SIS (ACP SIS) acquired a majority stake in Mikrocop, a prominent IT company based in Slovenia. Following the fulfillment of certain conditions and the acquisition of necessary regulatory approvals, Aeon Digital Group, under which ACP SIS operates, became the 80% shareholder of Mikrocop. Plans are in place for Aeon Digital Group to acquire the remaining ownership stake by 2027. Mikrocop has demonstrated a remarkable ability to quickly adapt to market demands, transitioning from a document management service provider to a leading SaaS solution provider in the region.
Mikrocop serves as a trusted partner in digitizing the business operations of many esteemed Slovene corporations and leading regional banks. With projected revenues of approximately 11 million euros in 2025, the company, along with its subsidiaries in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, anticipates continued double-digit growth in the coming years.
