This strategic acquisition enhances Actis's Skyline Brazilian transmission platform, increasing the total length of operational transmission lines under its management to 1,404 kilometers.
The assets involved in this deal include a 112-kilometer above-ground transmission line located in Rio Grande do Sul, in the southern region of Brazil, and a substation along with its associated equipment situated in the state of Minas Gerais. Both assets are vital components of Brazil's energy infrastructure and each has over 20 years remaining on its 30-year concession.
