Actis has reached an agreement to acquire a 135km electricity transmission line from EDP Brasil, which will enhance its Actis Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2 (ALLIF2) portfolio. This asset is strategically positioned in Southern Brazil, near Porto Alegre, and represents the fourth investment by the Skyline platform in the Brazilian electricity transmission sector. Following the acquisition of two additional assets in Q2 2025, Skyline's network of transmission lines is anticipated to expand to over 1,500km throughout Brazil.
