The AspaRant Group has announced a public tender offer for Outlook Consulting, a company engaged in the development and sale of the cloud-based management system "Sactona." On November 13, 2024, AspaRant Group finalized a tender agreement to acquire all outstanding shares (46.62%) held by Money Forward Cloud Management Consulting, the public offeror.
Since making a strategic investment in Outlook Consulting in March 2019, addressing business succession needs of business owners, AspaRant Group has focused on strengthening organizational structure and supporting growth. As a result, Outlook Consulting successfully listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in December 2023.
