This acquisition integrates Holtermann Regeltechnik GmbH into VINCI Energies' Building Solutions division and enhances the existing range of building technology solutions already offered by notable names such as Dechow, Ludwig Hammer, Lagrange, Alfred Pieper, and Stingl.
