Vance Street Capital ("Vance Street") has recently completed the acquisition of Injectech from The West Group ("TWG"). This strategic move leads to the establishment of the VSC Medical Molding platform. The acquisition of Injectech enhances the platform's offerings in single-use fluid management solutions tailored for the medical device, life science, and bioprocessing sectors. The VSC Medical Molding platform also includes previous acquisitions such as Plastic Design Company ("PDC") in 2021 and Resenex in 2024. With the inclusion of Injectech, Vance Street has now made three acquisitions in the medical and life science manufacturing industry in 2025, alongside Zenith Adhesive Component ("ZAC") and MRPC.
Founded in 1998 and based in Fort Collins, Colorado, Injectech is widely recognized for its partnership with medical-device OEMs, life-science innovators, and bioprocess manufacturers globally. The company specializes in high-precision custom injection-molding and clean-room assembly services for resin-based fluid-control components, which include luer locks, tube-to-tube connectors, check valves, spikes, and custom assemblies.
