In July 2024, we successfully acquired a portfolio of renewable energy assets aimed at addressing the expected surge in energy demand across Europe. The program encompasses seven distinct assets with a combined capacity of 158.1 MW, strategically located primarily within Spain and Portugal.
The asset breakdown includes: 3.7 MW of operational solar photovoltaic (PV) capacity in Spain; 6 MW of operational onshore wind power in Sweden; 20 MW of solar PV currently under construction in Portugal; 10.3 MW of solar PV under construction in Spain; 19.8 MW of ready-to-build (RTB) onshore wind in Spain; and 98.3 MW of RTB solar PV across two sites in Spain.
