Target Information

As of June 5, 2025, WIND-consult has become a part of the TÜV NORD GROUP. Located in Rostock, Germany, this specialized engineering service provider focuses on measurements for wind energy installations, wind assessments, and inspection services. This acquisition enhances the extensive portfolio of the TÜV NORD GROUP, which takes full ownership of WIND-consult and also assumes its existing 50% stake in Ammonit Wind Tunnel.

WIND-consult is a DAkkS-accredited measurement institute for wind energy and has been conducting measurements, assessments, and certifications for wind energy installations and sites for over 30 years. The company is actively involved in MEASNET and is recognized as a testing laboratory under IECRE, along with being certified as a measuring station according to §29b BImSchG. Additionally, WIND-consult provides highly specialized services, such as measuring blade pitch angles and blade spacing measurements, in Europe, the USA, China, and APAC countries.
