Trocadero Capital Partners is pleased to announce its investment from the Trocadero Croissance & Transmission III fund into Salini Immobilier alongside the management team and the Salini family. Salini Immobilier is a family-owned enterprise that is well-established in various aspects of commercial real estate, including contracting, promotion, development, and turnkey renovations, serving both SMEs and institutional investors. In 2021, it achieved a turnover of €56.8 million with an EBITDA of €4.1 million, and it is projecting a growth rate of over 30% for 2022, demonstrating a robust business model and the capacity of its management team to secure its operations.
Since 2019, Salini Immobilier has initiated a diversification into eco-friendly construction activities, realized through the SQUARE concept as well as renovations through RENOVIA. Historically based in Ile-de-France with two agencies located in Le Bourget and Les Ulis, the company expanded to Lyon in 2019 and Aix-en-Provence at the end of 2021.
