Transports Lerosey has strengthened its territorial presence through its acquisition of Dougen Prim, marking its first venture into external growth. This strategic move allows Transports Lerosey to expand its fleet to 60 refrigerated units and achieve an annual turnover of €11.5 million. Established in 1974 by Jacques Lerosey, the company has specialized for over 50 years in temperature-controlled transport services. In 2020, ownership transitioned to François Tardif, who had been with the company for more than 24 years and is now its shareholder and current manager.
Located since 2022 in Villedieu Les Poêles (Normandy), Transports Lerosey will extend its reach towards the West with the acquisition of a site in Mordelles (Brittany). Founded in 2011 by Gildas Guerin, Dougen Prim specializes in the delivery of fresh products across Brittany and the Loire region, as well as transporting goods to England and Europe. With an annual turnover projected at €2.5 million in 2025, Dougen Prim currently employs 13 staff members.
