The acquisition marks a significant step forward for MSA Mizar, a tech-enabled insurance claims management services provider based in Milan, Italy. Founded in 1979, MSA Mizar specializes in high-frequency motor and property claims, offering comprehensive services through its proprietary technology platform. With operations extending to Spain, France, Belgium, and Switzerland, the Group has rapidly grown, managing over 850,000 claims annually and employing around 850 staff. Having completed ten strategic acquisitions since 2022, the Company has successfully broadened its service offerings and enhanced its technological capabilities.
