TEP Capital has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of ELA Wyrób folii i opakowań ("ELA"), a prominent Polish manufacturer specializing in flexible films and packaging solutions, with annual revenues estimated at PLN 250 million. ELA's portfolio includes a wide range of innovative packaging options that cater to various industries, allowing it to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Post-transaction, ELA will integrate with Nicator Films, an earlier investment by TEP Capital in 2021, under the united brand of United Flexibles. This new entity aims to become a leading force in the flexible packaging sector through strategic acquisitions in the near future.
