This significant transaction represents SPM Invest's largest deal to date, with a transaction value exceeding 2.3 billion CZK. The complex features a total leasable area of over 50,000 square meters, housing esteemed tenants such as AT&T, KBC, Seznam.cz, Česká spořitelna, Novanta, and Nexars, alongside ample parking facilities that accommodate 729 vehicles.
Constructed in phases between 2009 and 2018, The Campus Science Park is designed to create a collaborative environment, featuring five connected office buildings centered around a spacious square that encourages leisure activities. With its LEED Gold certification, the complex exemplifies modern, sustainable workspace design and is strategically positioned near Masaryk University and the Brno University Hospital.
