Southbay has successfully acquired a newly developed logistics property located in Klinga Logistics Park, Norrköping, marking its sixth investment since the company's inception last year. This acquisition represents a strategic geographic expansion for Southbay, enhancing its portfolio with a modern logistics facility comprising approximately 17,700 square meters of versatile space. The property, completed in December 2025, is primarily leased, with 11,100 square meters occupied by Jens S. Transmissioner, part of the Axel Johnson Group, under a long-term lease agreement. The remaining 6,600 square meters of available space presents significant opportunities for future value enhancement.
The newly developed property is built with a strong emphasis on sustainability, aligning with Southbay’s commitment to environmental responsibility. It is expected to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification upon completion, underscoring the high technical standards incorporated into its design. Features such as energy-efficient systems and solar panels have been implemented to promote sustainable operations.
