The newly acquired facility spans 12,000 square meters on a 6-hectare plot and is situated in proximity to SmakMAK's main production and logistics base in Kąkolewo. The property requires specialized adaptation work, with modernization expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2024 when SmakMAK plans to launch its first production lines. The remaining sections of the facility are scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2024. Currently, SmakMAK operates four other facilities with a combined area of 12,000 square meters and a modern logistics center. The company employs 270 workers, intending to hire approximately 150 additional employees at the Poniec site.
