Sk Capital, a subsidiary of VEB.RF, has invested 5 billion rubles in the Cyberus Fund, which specializes in information security and was founded by businessman Yuri Maksimov. The funds will be allocated towards mergers and acquisitions (M&A), facilitating exports, and preparing the fund for a public offering.
In exchange for this investment, Sk Capital acquired a minority, non-controlling interest of less than 25% in Cyberus.
